The V8 Supercars Drivers Lunch is a sanctioned "off track" Nikon Indy 300 Event. The V8Supercars Drivers Lunch is presented by Pegasus Motor Homes and will be held at Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast. Conrad Jupiters have reserved full ballroom facilities for the 2008 event with a seating capacity of 1000 people.

For the 2007 V8 Supercars Drivers Lunch, Network Seven provided the best television highlights and footage from the year's events, including some sensational footage of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 that had never been shown before. Network Seven Motorsport hosts Neil Crompton and Matthew White attended the lunch as comperes and conducted driver interviews.

After lunch the foyer gallery outside the ballroom was set for a private (lunch guests only) V8 Supercars Drivers autograph session, with V8 Supercars Australia providing special edition V8 Supercars Series Poster. All V8 Drivers participated.
